The 28th Amendment to the Constitution reached a sufficient number of states for ratification in 2020, but it has yet to be published in the Constitution. Let's change this NOW! See below for some contacts and organizations that are also working on this important issue. PUBLISH THE ERA.

The Equal Rights Amendment, now our 28th Amendment, has met all constitutional requirements, according to the American Bar Association.
President Biden has one last chance to stand for the equity and equality this amendment would provide all Americans, especially women and the LGBTQIA+ community.
